As Chief Administrative Officer, you could lead statewide operations of core functions based in Springfield including provider relations, IT/Reporting, finance, administrative support, and relationships with our staffing partner. Will serve as finance lead for Illinois contract and collaborate with VO national functional leaders to support contract deliverables.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology or Health Care Administration is required, with a minimum of seven to ten years experience in a health care or managed care operation supporting core administrative and provider support functions. Public sector experience is preferred as is the ability to establish effective relationships with business partners. Strong leadership skills, the ability to achieve results within a matrix environment, and experience in managing contract compliance are all essential. Travel between Springfield and Chicago will be required.

Looking for an opportunity to join our cutting edge Information Technology department? The Director, Information Technology will plan and direct IT and data/financial management reporting resources/reports; manage communications and IT equipment/operations; and serve as primary liaison with VO national IT. Collaborates with State and other participants IT personnel and ensures all IT deliverables requirements of the contract are met. Works collaboratively with our staffing/employer partner, Anchor Staffing to recruit, hire and train staff and to coordinate employee development and the supervision/appraisal process.
Position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business or related field and five to seven years experience in information technology/data management. Strong leadership, project management, and facilitation skills are required to work effectively within the service center, national matrix leads, and with external stakeholders.

The Finance Director will work with the national VO finance, IT and Data Analysis teams, manage financial operations, accounting and analytical functions for Illinois contract. In addition to traditional Finance functions, specific focus areas of this position will include pro-forma preparation, management/reconciliation of provider payment processes, presentation to clients and key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of finance operations expertise and a technical accounting background, with five to seven years experience in overseeing financial operations. Health/managed care experience in a provider or managed care setting is required. CPA/MBA preferred. Moderate travel between Springfield and Chicago will be necessary.
