Bilingual Care Manager – Multiple Locations Available

Exercise your assessment and case management skills as a Care Manager in a dynamic environment in which you help members access a broad range of cutting-edge resources. You will help manage members who are admitted to facilities; collaborate with providers to determine alternate levels of care and to facilitate transfers to network facilities and providers whenever possible; facilitate coordination of care with other care managers to assure continuity of care; evaluate clinical appropriateness of treatment using professional knowledge within VOI clinical and worksite guidelines and renders certification decisions or seek consultations for non-certification decisions and so much more. Education: Some specific clients may require a Masters Degree. Licensures: A Clinical Licensure in a mental health related field (RN, PhD, LCSW) is required.

Relevant Work Experience: Three to five years experience in a managed care environment.
